Ordering Process
The ordering process consists of the following steps:

- Add desired items to your cart
- Review cart contents and proceed to checkout
- Complete delivery information
- Select preferred shipping and payment options
- Place your order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing manual payment instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected violation of these Terms
Payment Terms
We accept multiple secured payment options as displayed during checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Process: After order placement, you will receive an email with manual payment instructions. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Important: Payments must be completed within 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise arranged. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after this period.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: Delivery estimates are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Customers: You are responsible for:

Returns and Refunds

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items
Note: We cannot accept returns on opened products or products that have been used for research, due to safety and quality control considerations.
Limitation of Liability
Dutch City Sales provides products for research purposes only. We are not liable for:

- Consequences of violating local, national, or international laws regarding product possession or use
- Shipping delays or issues beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dutch City Sales, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.
