Shipping FAQ
During the checkout process, you can leave a note in the "Order Notes" or "Special Instructions" field requesting your preferred carrier. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
- Carrier rates
Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders over certain amounts. These promotions are announced on our website and through our newsletter. Standard shipping rates apply otherwise.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or provide a refund
Express shipping includes insurance coverage. Standard shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on during checkout.
Address changes must be requested as soon as possible after ordering. Email us at sales@dutchcitysale.net with your order number and the correct address. We can only change the address before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible and could result in additional fees.
